BLOCK EXEMPTION
In October 2003 European legislation affecting the motor trade became fully enforced (block exemption regulations 1400/2002)
This change gives the car owner more scope over who can repair or maintain their vehicle - previously it was hard to have cars which were still covered by a manufacturers warranty serviced anywhere other than the respective franchised main dealer - now the owner can use the repairer of their choice without invalidating their warranty, which means we can look after your car from the date of purchase.
